LA Waterkeeper’s new Safe Clean Water Program (SCWP) Watershed Planning Report highlights how LA County can maximize the benefits of its stormwater investments through more proactive, watershed-wide planning.
Based on five community workshops across four LA County watersheds, the report identifies seven key findings and four recommendations to help the SCWP deliver stronger outcomes for communities, water quality, flood resilience, and local ecosystems.
